Cancellation Policy

You may cancel/reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours, I ask that you notify me by phone (be that a voicemail / text / Whatsapp if you cannot get through to me). In the case of repeated cancellations or repeated late-notice rescheduling, I will request full, upfront payment to secure your appointment in future. o When making an appointment you agree to a consultation with me prior to the treatment and you will disclose any relevant medical information. o If you present with any condition or symptom which could be a contraindication, I reserve the right to postpone your treatment until medical advice is sought. o If you arrive late for your appointment I will try to accommodate you. However, if you are more than ten minutes late, I may need to reduce the treatment time accordingly and the full appointment fee will be due.
