About reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic, complementary therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond to different parts of the body. It's a touch therapy which aims to restore balance through stimulation of these points (or 'reflexes') using specific pressure techniques.
Reflexology can deeply relax the body, release tension and aid sleep, boost circulation and waste removal, release endorphins and enhance wellbeing. It's a gentle and non-invasive therapy.
Reflexology is not a diagnostic tool and reflexologists do not claim to cure. As a complementary therapy, reflexology should not be viewed as an alternative to medical advice/treatment.
About me
Reflexology has been my go-to therapy since I discovered it 21 years ago. It was my introduction to holistic health and energy healing, although I didn't know it then. It sparked a passion for touch therapy and belief in its importance for health, happiness and wellbeing, today more than ever with our busy, over-stimulated lives.

I qualified as a reflexologist in 2022 with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing from Temple Academy of Reflexology, the first Association of Reflexologists (AoR) Affiliated School. As I built my practice I continued learning via the Temple Pathways graduate programme and a number of CPD masterclasses, and added Acupressure Facial Therapy and Indian Head Massage. I am fully insured and a proud member of the AoR.

I support clients from my home studio in Farnborough, on home visits and monthly at the Samson Centre for MS in Guildford

How I work
My priority is providing you with the space to deeply relax, switch off and ultimately get what you need from a treatment, be it letting go, coming back to the body or feeling energised. I love seeing and hearing the benefits that reflexology and other touch therapies bring to clients; these can be physical, emotional and spiritual. People come to reflexology for different reasons and I enjoy creating bespoke treatments for their needs.

At your first appointment I will take a medical consultation to find out about your health and needs (I am required to do this by my insurer and professional body). I will explain what reflexology (and/or other therapy you are having) is and will ask you to sign a consent form.

My core values include flexibility within my practice and adapting to clients (no treatment is the same!) and running an environmentally sustainable business. The products I use are carefully considered to minimise waste, unethical practices and my impact on the planet.
