Reflexology is a holistic, complementary therapy. It aims to restore balance in the body through stimulation of points on the feet (reflexes) using specific techniques. Reflexology can deeply relax the body, release tension and aid sleep, boost circulation and waste removal, release endorphins and enhance wellbeing.

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy; only shoes and socks need to be removed.

Reflexology has been my go-to therapy since I discovered it 18 years ago.  It was my introduction to holistic health and energy healing (although I didn't know it then!)

I am passionate about complementary therapies and their role in mind-body connection. I love giving clients the space to deeply relax, switch off and let go and seeing the range of benefits that reflexology gives them. People come to reflexology for different reasons. Whatever your needs, I will hold space for you so that you get what you need from a treatment, be it physical, emotional or spiritual.

In 2022 I achieved my dream of becoming a reflexologist by gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing from Temple Academy of Reflexology, the first Association of Reflexologists (AoR) Affiliated School. I continued my learning and growth as a reflexologist by completing the very first Temple Academy Pathways graduate programme. I have since added some carefully selected therapies to my practice and become an independent Neal's Yard Consultant.

Now I support clients with their wellbeing by providing professional, tailored treatments at home or in my studio in Farnborough, Hampshire.
