Reflexology is a holistic, complementary therapy. It aims to restore balance in the body through stimulation of points on the feet (reflexes) using specific techniques. Reflexology can deeply relax the body, release tension and aid sleep, boost circulation and waste removal, release endorphins and enhance wellbeing.

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy; only shoes and socks need to be removed.

Reflexology has been a part of my life since I discovered it 18 years ago.  It was my introduction to complementary health and I revisited it many times over the years.

I am passionate about looking after the body as a whole and the powerful effects of complementary therapies. I am increasingly aware of the mind-body connection and the importance of taking care of mental and emotional health.

We need rest and relaxation to function effectively, yet it is often viewed as a luxury. I love giving clients the space to relax, switch off and let go and in turn seeing the wide-ranging benefits that reflexology brings to their wellbeing.

In 2022 I achieved my dream of becoming a reflexologist by gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing from Temple Academy of Reflexology, the first Association of Reflexologists (AoR) Affiliated School. I continued my learning and growth as a reflexologist by completing the very first Temple Academy Pathways programme.

Now I support clients with their wellbeing by delivering professional, tailored treatments to suit their needs.
